Welcome to my Web site!

I make the finest stainless custom exhaust pipes for some of the BADDEST street bikes around. I make them for Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati, even Harley Davidson.

Hand-Made one at a time.

I use only the finest stainless materials, TIG welded one piece at a time by me personally. No automated “cookie-cutter” production line around here! Each pipe is built around your thoughts as to what you want in the end, max performance, max appearance, or the ultimate combination of all of them. Every bike appears to be the same when comparing one model to another of the same model but…they aren’t.

This means every pipe I make for you is custom, truly one of a kind. There are small imperfections, different angles, and even different lengths depending on what you, THE CUSTOMER, want and what you ultimately need.

Pictures, inside stories, technical junk

Check out the photo album for pictures of customers pipes. All hand made one at a time and tuned individually.

My latest achievement was to repair a header pipe and add a small expansion chamber, but when I started to weld to the existing header pipe, everything went "south" and I was not able to get a weld to stick no matter what wire or process I used. The result...

I made a complete stainless 4 pipe header and expansion chamber. This little project took the better part of 17 hours! The result is in the picture to the right just above this paragraph.

Check out the Flow analysis screenshots from our computer program that decides the final design internally of YOUR pipe.

The flow bench work is done electronically first using state of the art software from Solidworks® called Floworks and it uses very sophisticated math to calculate the flow patterns, velocity, densities, etc. and it can represent them visually to help design, shape, and develop the best chamber and pipe to add the most horsepower and/or torque you can get from a particular combination.
